This is what we put into your project — without taking a stake in your company.

Subsidizing infrastructure operations

Servers, hosting, databases, domain and email infrastructure, INFLU:ON ERP and the AI layer. You don't pay full price — we cover part of it.

Development subsidy

We cover 50–100% of development costs, up to a cap depending on the program length. Development is delivered by our company Umělá inteligence s.r.o. at rates well below market price.

Business mentoring

Regular sessions on your numbers, pricing, acquisition, and company structure. Not theory — work on your actual P&L.

Tax and accounting advisory

Consultations with a tax advisor and accountant — structure, optimization, preparation for an investor or sale.

Development under one roof

We don't buy your development on the market.
It's built by Umělá inteligence s.r.o.

Your product isn't developed by an external agency that we'd simply pass your money on to. Development is carried out by Umělá inteligence s.r.o. — our own development company — with its own senior team, its own infrastructure, and no middleman margin.

That's why its rates are significantly lower than typical market prices. And since we then subsidize 50–100% of that already favorable rate, you get substantially more work done for the same money than with an external supplier.

Contractual framework

Framework agreement on incubation

This isn't an equity investment in your company. You don't take on an equity investor, you don't dilute your shares, and you remain the 100% owner of your business.

Instead, we sign a framework agreement in which we commit to subsidizing your operations, development, and expertise. You commit to paying an agreed revenue share and running the project on our technology layer.
