Manager of the Pod Pálavou club

Pod Pálavou networking club
“We put together registration for events, ticket sales, and member records ourselves, without a developer.”
The Pod Pálavou club grew out of a “referral business” breakfast-meeting concept and became its own independent brand in 2025. Its motto is “We do business with heart,” and once a month it holds breakfasts with talks, moderated networking, and a buffet.
Operationally that means keeping track of members and watching whose subscription is expiring, selling tickets to guests, sending invitations and content, and coordinating the team. Without a system, a community project can easily turn into a full-time admin job.
Signing up for the club, club events, and guest invitations are now order pages and forms from INFLU:ON embedded in a simple website. The company's details are pulled from the ARES registry, a member pays online, and the system knows when their membership expires. Mailings and member content come from the same database, with no exports to another tool.
Veronika and her team run the club, not spreadsheets. Sign-ups, membership payments, and ticket sales all run on their own, and the system keeps track of every subscription's validity.
Invitations and content go out from the same database where the club keeps its member records. The community project keeps growing without turning into a full-time admin job.
